    Before you contact us we recommend to read the manual attentively.

    Please answer in your request the following questions additionally to a precise fault description:

    • Do you have a problem installing the driver software (initial installation or update)
    • You have a question but cannot find an according answer in the manual?
    • Is the device new and the error occured at once?
    • The device worked some time (how long?) and the error occurs now?
    • If applicable: did you change something (e.g. firmware update, changing of the field wiring,...)?
    • Occurs the error always or only intermittent (in what time intervals)?
    • What driver version have you installed?
    • What operating system is on your PC and what web browser do you use?
    • Do you get an error message of the software? A screenshot would be useful.

    As precise your fault description is as target-oriented and quicker we can help you.

    TIP: In the ADQ Manager you can export all relevant system and driver parameters as a XML file and send it to our support department when indicated. In the file are only informations included which you can check by yourself in the ADQ Manager. You can also open the XML file in a text editor (e.g. with Notepad via "File - Open..").

    If you have already tried different solutions possibilites a short description would be useful. In case of error messages of the software the exact wording is important. Often it is useful to add a screenshot or a logfile.
